Service Provider Pricing

Sign up for a FREE account.

Joining the MinuteBids network is completely free. Sign up and fill out your profile, get recommendations, and setup your preferences so we can match projects to you.

Reviewing a bid request is always FREE.

You will receive bid requests for free where you are able to look over the detailed scope of work, view annotated aerial maps of the property, and talk to the property manager. All for free.

Submitting A Bid

Submitting a bid is always FREE. We charge you 3% of your total bid price only if you win the project.

Example: If you submit a $1,000 bid for a project, you would be charged $30.00 only if you win the project.
