Once you decide to submit a bid online, we charge you 0.25% of your total bid price. If you are awarded the project, we charge you an additional 2.25% of your total bid price.
Example: If you submit a bid for a $1,000 project, you would be charged $2.50. If you win the project, you would be charged an additional $22.50.
Reduce your own costs by helping us grow our network.
You can only be matched to a project in your service areas and you must be able to provide all the services that are requested. Increase your service areas and provide additional services to be matched to more projects. Remember, you can use our subcontracting feature to find service providers to help you on a project.
Your service performance directly affects how often you will be matched to future bid requests. After you complete each project awarded through MinuteBids, the property managers rate your performance. The higher your ratings the more frequently MinuteBids will chose you for projects.
As part of our matching engine, we monitor which bid requests you respond to and how often, and whether you submit bids on projects you have accepted. Frequently accepting bid requests and submitting bids for those requests increases the number of future bid requests you'll receive. And vice versa -- the more you reject, the less likely you are to receive new bid requests. When you are busy or out of town, you can turn bid requests off.
Uploading your bid on Minutebids is mandatory, if you submit your bid in any other way we will stop matching you with new bid requests.
Bid requests are only matched to service providers who can provide all of the requested services themselves or through subcontractors. When selecting the services you provide, simply specify which additional services you use subcontractors to provide.
Once you've selected additional services, MinuteBids makes it extremely simple to get bids for these services from subcontractors.
